Yountville – Just in time for Spring, The Napa Valley Wine Trolley is introducing a special daily tour of three world-class wineries headlined by a visit to the Castello di Amarosa, a catered gourmet picnic lunch, including bottled water and soft drinks, and friendly, knowledgeable tour guides who provide detailed and entertaining facts about the northern Napa Valley.

The “Up Valley” 6 1/2-hour tour will operate seven days a week at a cost of $99 per person.  It begins promptly at 10:30 a.m. in the South Parking Lot of V-Marketplace, Yountville.  Other hotel pick-up locations include Embassy Suites, Marriott Napa Valley, Hilton Garden Inn, Best Western Premier, Ivy Napa; and the Napa Valley Lodge.

Haskell noted that the tour cost does not include tasting fees at the wineries or driver/guide gratuities.  He added, “The spectacular Spring weather we are enjoying throughout Napa Valley will only enhance the scenic views across the vineyards as our replica of an 1890s San Francisco cable car wends its way from winery to winery each day.”

He stressed that this is Napa Valley Wine Trolley’s second tour operated daily, adding that the original “Classic” tour, departing from downtown Napa, is also available for $99 per person and that both tours are available for charter groups.
